Who is behind this?

Let me tell you a short anecdote, happened to a ref of mine and can be read at X-Invest Community.
He tried to withdraw to his WalletID but found a bug at the website and it didn't work. He wrote to support and asked for manual withdrawal to his WalletID, because of the bug. And they did it. But in the meantime he tried to withdraw to a different WalletID and it worked. So he told the support and asked if they want the manual withdrawal back.
Guess what they told him .... Keep it and thank you for finding a bug, that we can fix.
